  物料(liào)切斷閥采用(yong)優質鋼材焊(hàn)接而成，其結(jié)構科學合理(lǐ)，緊湊獨特，操(cao)作靈活，維護(hu)方便，密封性(xìng)能可靠🔆。其楔(xiē)緊工💚作原理(li)使插闆💔越關(guān)越緊，使密封(feng)永遠處于良(liang)好狀态。而插(cha)闆一旦開啟(qǐ)，馬上與密封(fēng)面脫離，以保(bǎo)證密封面不(bú)受磨損，且密(mì)封面敞開式(shì)，物料無法附(fu)着和沉積。此(ci)構造是密封(feng)的關鍵所在(zai)。W表示密🙇🏻封面(miàn)為橡膠🍉軟密(mi)封，P表示密封(feng)面為合金硬(ying)密封。配用不(bu)同的傳動裝(zhuāng)置滿足不同(tóng)工況需求。Z73為(wéi)手輪傳動，WZ73為(wéi)蝸輪傳動，DZ73為(wei)電📧動裝置傳(chuan)動，QZ73為氣動裝(zhuāng)置傳動。

  The valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of compact and scientific structure, hand to operate, easy to maintenance and reliable sealing. The working principle is choking, the sealing is always in the best state while the disc is closed. The disc separates from sealing surface when it is opened, which avoids abrasion of the sealing surface. The sealing surface is in open state and the material cannot cohere or deposit, which the key to the sealing. W means the sealing surface is rubber soft sealing, P means the sealing surface is alloy hard sealing. It can meet different requirement of working conditions equipped with different transmission devices. Z73 denotes hand wheel drive, WZ73 denotes worm gear drive, DZ73 denotes electric device drive and QZ73 pneumatic device drive.

  物(wu)料切斷閥主(zhǔ)要由閥體、插(cha)闆、密封副、傳(chuán)動杆及傳動(dong)裝置等部件(jiàn)組成。手動物(wù)料切斷閥由(yóu)人工轉動手(shǒu)輪，沿順🈲時針(zhēn)方向為關，逆(ni)時針方向為(wei)開。由旋轉🤩螺(luo)母帶動傳動(dòng)杆作向上運(yùn)動，使插闆脫(tuo)離密封面向(xiàng)上位移，直至(zhi)全開，反之為(wéi)關。蝸輪傳動(dòng)🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻物料切斷閥(fa)由人工轉動(dòng)蝸輪裝置手(shou)輪，順時針方(fāng)向為關，逆🌐時(shi)針方向為🥵開(kāi)，帶動蝸輪副(fu)旋✨轉從而帶(dai)動傳📧動杆向(xiàng)上運動，使插(cha)闆♍全開，反☀️之(zhi)全關。電動物(wu)料切斷閥由(you)Z型電動裝置(zhi)得到☔指令動(dong)作旋轉螺母(mǔ)帶動傳動杆(gan)作運動，使插(chā)闆起到開關(guan)作用。氣動物(wu)料切🔴斷閥由(yóu)二位五通電(dian)磁換向閥控(kong)制，10A-5R氣動推杆(gǎn)⁉️帶動傳動⛷️杆(gǎn)作往複運動(dong)，使插闆起到(dao)開關作用。

  The valve is mainly made up of body, inserting disc, sealing pairs, transmission pole and transmission device etc. The hand wheel of the manual valve is rotated in clockwise and closes the valve, anticlockwise rotation means open. The transmission pole moves upwards and makes the disc separate from sealing surface and move upwards until the valve is fully opened. The hand wheel of worm gear drive valve is rotated by hand. Clockwise rotation means close and anticlockwise means open. The transmission pole moves upward, the worm gear pairs rotate until the disc is fully opened. Type Z electric device of electric valve receives the order and rotates nut to drive the transmission pole in order to open or close the disc. The pneumatic valve is controlled by two-bite five-way electromagnetism reversal valve. Type 10A-5R pneumatic draw stem drives the transmission pole move reciprocally to open or close the disc.

Usage explanation

l  安裝時必(bì)需清除閥門(mén)内腔雜物和(hé)污漬，請注意(yì)閥🐅體上箭頭(tóu)所指介質流(liu)向。兩法蘭連(lián)接時必需加(jiā)密封墊片，然(rán)後均♊勻擰☀️緊(jin)螺栓。

l  安裝前(qián)先手動閥門(men)一個周期，無(wu)異常現象方(fāng)可上🚶線安裝(zhuang)。

l  運行時應定(ding)期給各傳動(dong)部分加潤滑(huá)油，定期檢修(xiū)傳🔅動裝置。

l  若(ruo)長期存放，請(qing)給傳動部分(fen)加潤滑油，作(zuò)防潮處理💜，不(bú)✌️要露天堆置(zhì)。

l   Clear out the lumber and dust in valve chest when install. Pay attention to the medium direction indicated by arrow. Add seal shim between two flanges and then screw the bolt.

l   Operate the valve by hand for a period of time before install. When there is no anomaly, the valve can be installed.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts and check the transmission device regularly.

Add lubricant to the transmission parts when it is stored for a long time. It cannot be put in the air and treatment of damp proof
