Air elevating engine

  空氣(qì)提升器(qì)廣泛應(yīng)用于建(jian)材、水泥(ní)、鋁業、銅(tóng)業、礦山(shān)、輕化等(deng)🤟行業。凡(fán)能充氣(qi)流而不(bu)發生離(lí)析現象(xiàng)的粉狀(zhuang)物料均(jun)可經過(guo)垂直管(guǎn)🛀道輸送(sòng)到30～100m的高(gāo)度位置(zhi)的料氣(qì)分離倉(cang)或料庫(kù)内，其輸(shu)送能力(li)可🎯達250t/h.

  The engine is widely used in building material, cement, aluminum, copper, mining and light industries etc. Powder material can be transferred into the storage or material-air separator through the vertical pipe, when inflate and eduction phenomenon wouldn’t happen. The high of storage is from 30 to 100 meter. This device is the ideal equipment of elevating. Transport ability is 250t/h.

  該提升(sheng)器系統(tong)由空氣(qì)提升器(qì)、提升管(guǎn)、料氣分(fèn)離器、料(liao)倉和供(gong)氣裝置(zhi)等組成(chéng)。氣源經(jīng)提升器(qi)的底層(céng)充氣，使(shǐ)被輸送(sòng)物料充(chong)分流化(huà)而沿提(ti)升器向(xiàng)上運送(song)到位。

  該(gāi)裝置既(jì)能側面(miàn)進料，又(you)可頂部(bù)進料。具(jù)有結構(gòu)簡單💚、性(xìng)能可♉靠(kào)、無噪音(yīn)、管理操(cao)作方便(biàn)、無洩漏(lou)、無污染(rǎn)⭐等特點(diǎn)。能有效(xiào)清潔地(dì)輸🥰送不(bú)易管理(li)的微細(xì)粉塵，是(shì)上送物(wù)料理想(xiǎng)的提升(shēng)設備。

  The system is made up of air elevating engine, elevating pipe, material-air separator and air supply device etc. The air headstream fill gas through bottom of elevating engine to make the transported material move upwards.

  The material can be put in the device from the top or the flank, having the features of compact structure, reliable performance, no noise, easy to manage and operate, no leakage, no pollution and effective transporting little powder material. It is the ideal equipment of transporting material upwards
