  插闆閥是(shì)綜合多年(nian)來使用插(cha)闆閥的經(jīng)驗創新的(de)設計，主要(yào)👈用于通風(feng)除塵、風力(lì)輸送及排(pai)風系統管(guan)路上的調(diao)節和固體(tǐ)粉料輸送(sòng)的調節和(he)切斷。

  This series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. It is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

  采用(yong)優質鋼材(cai)焊接而成(cheng)，具有結構(gòu)簡單，操作(zuò)自如🐉，閥闆(pǎn)滑動靈活(huó)，密閉性能(néng)優良等特(tè)點。特别是(shì)局部阻力(lì)損失小，調(diào)節性能好(hao)，維護保養(yang)拆卸方便(biàn)，不易變形(xing)，克服了老(lǎo)💋式插闆閥(fa)漏風大、變(biàn)形🍉快、調節(jiē)困難的毛(mao)病。特别适(shì)用于🌏無粘(zhan)度的固體(tǐ)粉料及小(xiǎo)于Ф10mm顆🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼粒料(liao)、晶體料、固(gù)狀物料的(de)輸送。

  This valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. Especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. It overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. It is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

工作原理(li)：

Working principle:

  插闆閥主(zhu)要由執行(hang)機構、閥體(tǐ)、插闆、密封(feng)裝置、行程(chéng)開關等部(bù)件組成。運(yun)行時輸出(chu)指令（電源(yuán)或氣源）給(gěi)執行機構(gòu)，由執行機(jī)構帶動插(cha)闆向外抽(chou)出，達到工(gōng)況需要🥰位(wei)置，撞動行(háng)程📐開關停(ting)止，由行程(chéng)開關反饋(kuì)信号（開關(guān)信号）給控(kong)制室。反之(zhi)則關閉插(cha)⛱️闆閥（向内(nei)推進）。

  The valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. Instruction is transmitted to the actuator. The actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. Journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. Otherwise close disc.

使用(yòng)說明：

Operation instruction:

l  本閥(fa)連接方式(shì)為法蘭連(lian)接。

l  本閥可(kě)水平或垂(chui)直安裝，安(an)裝時兩法(fǎ)蘭聯接中(zhōng)間必須☁️加(jia)密封墊片(piàn)，然後均勻(yun)鎖緊螺栓(shuan)。

l  手動操作(zuò)時向外抽(chou)出為開，向(xiàng)内推進為(wei)關。不得在(zài)把🈚手♊上增(zeng)加輔助器(qi)材。

l  執行機(ji)構應按其(qi)使用說明(ming)正确接線(xiàn)與操作。

l  若(ruò)長期存放(fang)應使設備(bei)處于關閉(bì)狀态，各傳(chuán)動部位應(ying)加潤滑油(you)，不允許露(lù)天存放或(huo)堆置。

l   Joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   The valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   Draw out handle means open and push in means close. Assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   Actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
