Air elevating engine

  空氣提升器廣(guang)泛适用于建材、水(shuǐ)泥、鋁業、銅業、礦山(shān)、輕工等👨‍❤️‍👨行🐇業中，凡(fán)能充氣流不發生(sheng)離析現象的粉😍狀(zhuang)物料均可經過垂(chuí)直管🈲道輸送到30~100m高(gāo)度位置的料🏃🏻‍♂️氣分(fèn)離倉或料🌈庫内，适(shì)用于1~15t/h的系統中。

  The engine is widely used in building material, cement, aluminum, copper, mining and light industries etc. Powder material can be transferred into the storage or material-air separator through the vertical pipe, when inflate and eduction phenomenon wouldn’t happen. The high of storage is from 30 meter to 100 meter. It is suitable for 1~15t/h system.

  該産品整(zheng)體為鋼制焊接，全(quan)部采用優質鋼闆(pǎn)焊接而🐪成，結構緊(jin)湊，性能科學合理(lǐ)，使用壽命長，安裝(zhuang)方❗便，能很好的滿(mǎn)足工況。空氣提升(sheng)器改進了傳統的(de)進氣方式，采用🍓一(yī)個氣源分二路進(jìn)氣的方式。一路♻️由(yóu)控制蝶閥進入氣(qì)室，進入氣🤞室的高(gāo)壓氣體通過沸騰(téng)闆使上面的物料(liao)活躍跳動發生位(wei)移。另一路由吹管(guan)向上直吹，經過特(te)定科❗學設計的噴(pēn)口形成強勁有力(li)的高壓氣流把物(wu)料帶着🏃‍♂️向上位移(yi)，使物⛹🏻‍♀️料🚶‍♀️到達一定(dìng)高度後，經氣料分(fèn)離器沉積，氣體向(xiàng)上排出。

  This series product is welded in fine steel, having the features of compact structure, logical and scientific performance, long life, convenient installation and can meet the working condition very well. The traditional air-entry type has been improved. Now the type is that one air headstream is divided into two-way air entry. The one enters the gas-room through control butterfly valve. The high-pressure gas moves the material on the boil plate. The other gas is blown through the pipe. The gas is translated to high-temperature through especially scientific designed nozzle to move the material upward. The material is sediment through material-gas separator after it reaches a certain height and gas is let out upwards.
