This valve is widely used in the pipe system such as venting and environment protection in building material, glass, mining, power, light industry and papermaking departments. It can change the flow and cut off gas medium in the pipe by the different control signal.

The valve has the features of lightweight, compact structure, endurance, little in the lost of flow resistance, high working pressure, flexible operation, definite direction, easy to maintenance and long life. It can be installed at any angle. It is suitable in the condition of adjusting, cutting off and self-protecting quickly. The valve is used with DKJ, ZKJ, Bernard electric actuator and other accessory to form a complete set to realize manual and automatic exchange without interference, micro-computer long-range control, automatic control or center concentrating control. It is the ideal equipment of realizing operation of automatic control and adjusting flow.

工作原(yuán)理：

Working principle

  采用雙偏(piān)心密封結構(gòu)，關閉時越關(guan)越緊，開啟後(hòu)确保密封面(miàn)與㊙️密封圈完(wan)全脫離接觸(chu)，保護密封圈(quān)不受損傷，延(yan)🌍長使用壽命(mìng)。密🚩封面、密封(fēng)圈選用不鏽(xiù)鋼制作，其耐(nài)鏽蝕、耐高溫(wen)性保證了密(mi)封性能的可(kě)靠。采用半軸(zhou)♈結構，蝶闆為(wéi)桁架式結構(gou)，其強度高、過(guò)流🈲面積大、流(liú)阻小、節省能(néng)源。本閥具有(you)介🐉質雙向截(jie)止🚩密封功能(neng)，其滲漏量為(wei)零。

  手動高性(xing)能密閉蝶閥(fa)；通過轉動手(shǒu)輪，經蝸輪副(fù)減速，帶👌動閥(fá)軸、蝶闆作90°範(fàn)圍内的旋轉(zhuan)，達到截斷、連(lián)通或調❤️節流(liú)量的目的。閥(fa)門的開啟或(huo)關閉位置均(jun1)由限位機構(gou)限位，并有指(zhi)示機構♊顯示(shi)蝶闆位置狀(zhuàng)态。

  自動高性(xing)能密閉蝶閥(fa)；由電動執行(hang)器接受變送(song)、調節💛DCS、PLC等☁️上位(wei)㊙️儀表的控制(zhi)信号或操作(zuò)器手控信号(hao)，輸出角位移(yi)☂️帶動㊙️傳動軸(zhou)，把動力傳給(gei)閥軸帶動蝶(dié)闆作同步旋(xuan)轉運動，達到(dào)🛀全開、全閉及(jí)任意調節的(de)目⛱️的。電動執(zhí)行器與蝶闆(pan)的開度同步(bu)反饋0～10mA或 4～20mA直流(liu)電信号，用戶(hu)可根據電流(liú)信号來控制(zhì)蝶闆的任意(yì)開度，達到調(diào)節🔞的目的。

  The valve adopts double eccentric sealed structure. The more it is close, the more it is tight. The sealing surface will separate from sealing ring, which prevent the sealing ring from damaging. The material of sealing surface and ring is stainless steel whose resistance of abrasion and high temperature ensure the reliability of sealing performance. It adopts half shaft structure and the butterfly disc is trussed structure, having the features of great strength, big flow area, little lost of flow resistance and saving energy. The valve has the function of stopping and sealing medium in double directions and without leakage.

  Manual high performance sealed butterfly valve: rotate hand wheel to drive the valve axle and butterfly disc rotate in the range of 90°to cut off, connect or adjust the flow. The open or close position of the valve gate is limited by the limit device. The indicating device displays the position of butterfly disc.

  Automatic high performance sealed butterfly valve: control signal or manual signal of DCS or PLC meter is accepted, adjusted and transmitted by electric actuator. Then the actuator outputs the angle moving to drive the transmission shaft. It drives the axle and disc rotating synchronously in order to adjust freely, full open and close. The open angle between actuator and disc’s sync feedback DC signal is 0～10mA or 4～20mA. User can control the random open angle of disc according as the current signal.

安(ān)裝及調試：

Installation and regulation

l  安(ān)裝前必須清(qing)潔閥體内腔(qiāng)，不允許有任(rèn)何雜物和㊙️污(wū)垢🍓附着（特别(bié)注意密封面(miàn)、密封圈的清(qing)潔）。

l  安裝前檢(jian)查閥門各部(bu)位是否有松(sōng)動現象，對閥(fá)門🈲進行開啟(qi)、關閉一個周(zhou)期是否有異(yi)常現象，同時(shi)檢查閥門的(de)啟閉🥰位置是(shi)否準确。

l  水平(píng)安裝或垂直(zhí)安裝的閥門(men)閥軸應處于(yu)水平位置㊙️，傳(chuán)動裝置不允(yun)許作起吊用(yong)，并嚴禁損傷(shang)。

l  本閥具有一(yī)定的雙向密(mi)封性能，若隻(zhi)需控制單方(fang)向流🙇🏻動的介(jie)質時，其安裝(zhuāng)方向應參照(zhào)閥體上箭頭(tou)⛱️所示，該箭頭(tóu)所🛀🏻指為介質(zhì)🏃‍♂️流向。

l  安裝如(rú)示意圖，加密(mì)封墊後均勻(yún)鎖緊聯接螺(luo)栓。

l  調整完成(chéng)後必須進行(hang)綜合性能檢(jiǎn)查：接通電源(yuan)開啟閥🏒門，當(dāng)♋閥門至“全開(kai)”“全閉”位置時(shí)，行程控制機(jī)構應準确地(di)切斷👅電源♋，而(ér)轉矩限位機(jī)構處于臨界(jiè)動👉作狀态。開(kai)度指示機構(gòu)應準确地顯(xian)示閥門的開(kai)啟狀态。

l  電動(dong)切換手動操(cao)作時，應切斷(duan)電源，不得在(zài)手輪上再增(zeng)🐆加輔助杠杆(gǎn)，手輪順時針(zhen)旋轉為關，反(fǎn)之為開🔞，閥闆(pan)開啟角度為(wei)0°~90°。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body, especially the sealing surface and ring.

l   Check the valve gate before install. Open and close the valve by hand for a period and check the open-close position of the valve gate.

l   The valve axle must be on the horizontal position when installed in horizontal or vertical. The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.

l   The valve has the feature of double-sealing performance. The installation direction should refer to the arrow on the valve body, which indicates the medium flow direction, when control the flow of medium in single direction. 

l   Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full open or full close. While the torque limit device is in critical state. The open angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.

l   The power must be shut down when operating by manual. Assistant pole can’t be added to hand wheel. Clockwise rotation of hand wheel means open and anticlockwise means close. Open angle is 0~90°.

運輸及保管(guǎn)：

Transportation and protection

l  運輸時應避(bì)免撞擊蝶閥(fá)及傳動裝置(zhì)，閥門應處于(yú)全閉位置，以(yǐ)防在運輸中(zhōng)密封面和傳(chuán)動部件損壞(huài)。

l  當閥門水平(píng)放置運輸時(shi)，傳動裝置及(ji)傳動部位應(yīng)懸空，以防止(zhǐ)傳動軸受力(lì)過大而變形(xíng)損壞。

l  該閥應(yīng)存放在幹燥(zao)的室内，不允(yun)許露天存放(fàng)或堆置。長期(qi)存放時應使(shǐ)閥門處于關(guān)閉狀态，各傳(chuán)動部位加潤(rùn)滑油，傳動裝(zhuang)置作防潮、防(fang)塵處理。

l   Avoid bumping of valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of sealing surface and driving part.

l   Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontal in order to prevent damage of driving axle.

l   The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

維護(hù)及檢修：

Maintenance and examination

l  定期(qī)檢查傳動裝(zhuang)置的運行情(qíng)況：電機部分(fèn)、控制開關是(shì)否🌐異常。

l  定期(qī)給閥的傳動(dòng)部位加潤滑(huá)油。

l  定期檢查(chá)閥的密封填(tian)料處，補充、更(geng)換填料以防(fáng)介質🔴外洩。

l  對(dui)閥門周期性(xìng)維護時應全(quán)面檢查閥的(de)各密封部位(wèi)、傳動部🏃‍♀️位，對(dui)各密封部位(wei)應進行檢測(ce)，對檢測數據(jù)應記錄在案(an)。

l   Check the working condition of electric parts, control switch and sealing of pneumatic device regularly.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts regularly.

l   Check the sealing filler of the valve regularly. Complement or change filler avoiding leakage of medium.

l   Check the sealing parts and transmission parts thoroughly. Detect the sealing parts and the detecting data should be registered.
