  This valve is welded in fine steel. It has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. Determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. It is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

Working principle:

  扇形閘(zha)門由本體(tǐ)、扇形閘闆(pan)、軸、密封副(fu)、執行機構(gou)等㊙️部件⛹🏻‍♀️構(gòu)📧成。手動或(huo)執行機構(gou)推動搖杆(gan)使扇形閘(zha)闆沿軸心(xin)旋轉開啟(qi)，物料随🈲即(ji)下落。待接(jiē)料裝置滿(mǎn)載後再推(tui)動搖杆🆚使(shi)扇形閘闆(pan)複位，關閉(bi)截斷下落(luo)的物料。

  The valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. Manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. Push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.

Usage explanation:

l  安(an)裝時請注(zhu)意閘門本(běn)體上标明(ming)介質流向(xiàng)，兩法蘭連(lian)接時必需(xu)加密封墊(niàn)片，然後均(jun)勻鎖緊螺(luó)栓。

l  運行時(shí)請辨清扇(shàn)形閘闆開(kāi)關方向。執(zhí)行機構請(qǐng)正确接線(xiàn)。

l  若長期存(cun)放應使設(she)備處于關(guān)閉狀态，各(gè)傳動部位(wei)加潤滑油(yóu)，不允許露(lu)天存放或(huo)堆置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l  Please identify the direction of switch of disc. Actuator must be connected exactly.

l  Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
