工作(zuo)原理：

Working principle:

  防爆、安全(quán)閥作為壓縮、易(yì)爆氣體管道系(xì)統中的卸壓裝(zhuāng)🌈置。當🏃‍♂️系統壓力(lì)大于表壓力時(shi)，防爆膜片則自(zì)行破🈲裂，安全閥(fá)闆則自行開啟(qǐ)洩壓，以防止系(xì)統發生爆炸，保(bao)證生❓産和人身(shen)安全。

  The valve is the unloading device of compress easy-exploding pipe. The slice would break itself and the board would open to release pressure automatically when the system pressure is above meter pressure, which can prevent the explosion and protect the production and person’s safety.

  放散閥、放(fang)風閥作為輸送(song)氣體管道中的(de)特殊卸壓裝置(zhi)，可以根✌️據系統(tong)需要，經手動控(kong)制或自動控制(zhi)來完㊙️成對管道(dao)系統中氣體的(de)排放或補充，其(qí)密封🈲面根據💔不(bu)同工況、不同✂️溫(wen)度，可👌采用橡💃膠(jiāo)軟密封或金屬(shu)硬密封形式。

  The discharging air valve and scatter valve is used in the transporting gas pipe system for special discharging device. It can let or supply the gas in the pipe system by manual or automatic control according to the system demand. Rubber soft sealing or metal hard sealing can be adopted in terms of different working condition and temperature.

安(an)裝及調試：

Installation and regulation:

l   防爆(bào)、安全閥作為系(xi)統終端或旁路(lù)終端的安全設(shè)🔞備，為🐅法蘭❄️式連(lian)接。

l   防爆閥、洩爆(bào)閥安全膜片，安(an)全閥、安全閥闆(pǎn)根據客戶系統(tong)****安全壓力而定(dìng)。使用時，必須核(hé)對工況性能⁉️參(cān)數是否與該産(chan)品相符，切不可(ke)盲目安裝使用(yong)。

l   安裝時，清理安(ān)全膜片、安全閥(fá)闆，不允許有污(wu)垢附着，兩法蘭(lan)連👉接時，中間需(xu)加密封墊。

l   防爆(bào)、安全閥，保護動(dòng)作後，必須馬上(shàng)更換安全膜片(pian)或檢查安全♊閥(fa)闆狀态。

l   防爆、安(ān)全閥應随時處(chu)于臨界動作狀(zhuàng)态，以保護系統(tǒng)。

l   放散閥、放風閥(fá)的安裝條件必(bi)須保證人員安(an)全，便于操作與(yǔ)觀🛀察。

l   Anti-exploding or safety valve is the safety equipment on the end of system or side road, which is connected by flanges.

l   Safety film, safety valve and valve board are decided by the max safety pressure of user’s system. Examine the performance parameters of working condition when operate.

l   Clean the safety film and valve board when install and there is no dirt. Add seal cushion between the two flanges.

l   Exchange the safety film or check the state of valve board immediately after protecting action is over.

l   The valve should be in the critical action state at any time in order to protect system.

l   The installation condition must ensure the safety of the operator and make it easy to operate and observe.

運輸保管(guan)：

Transportation and protection:

l  運輸時應避免(miǎn)撞擊閥門和安(ān)全膜片、安全閥(fá)闆及🈲放⭐風閥的(de)傳動裝置。

l  閥門(mén)應存放在幹燥(zào)室内，不允許露(lù)天存放或堆置(zhi)，保護安㊙️全閥閥(fá)闆密封面。放散(san)閥，放風閥應對(dui)傳動裝置及傳(chuan)🌈動部位作防鏽(xiu)、防潮處理。

l  Avoid bumping valve gate, safety film, safety valve board and transmission device of discharging air valve when transport the valve.

l  Anticorrosive and dampproof measures should be taken to the transmission devices and parts of the discharging air valve and scatter valve.

維護(hu)及檢修：

Maintenance and examination:

l  定期檢(jiǎn)查各安全閥，防(fang)爆閥的運行情(qing)況。

l  如出現安全(quán)閥、防爆閥的安(an)全膜片爆破後(hou)，請在排除💃系統(tǒng)故障後及時更(gèng)換安全膜片。

l  對(dui)放風閥的執行(háng)機構定期檢查(chá)，對傳動部分加(jiā)潤滑油🔱，定🐇期更(geng)換潤滑脂。

l  對密(mi)閉狀況要定期(qī)檢查，及時更換(huàn)。

l  Check the working condition of the safety valve and anti-explosion valve regularly.

l  If the safety film of safety valve and anti-explosion valve is demolished, please exchange the safety film in time after solve the failure.

l  Check the actuator of the discharging air valve regularly. Add lubricant to the transmission parts and replace the lubricant grease regularly.

l  Check the sealing condition regularly and replace in time.

l  Please indicate the type, model and technical parameter (using temperature, working condition of equipment and characteristic of medium etc) referring to the product sample when you place an order.

l  The actuator is normal type without any special corresponding accessory if the valve needs transmission device. If you have special demand (anti-explosion and outdoors etc), please indicate it in the contract.

l  If you have other special demand, need special medium or the date that is not listed in the table, please contact with our department of market and technology. We can design and manufacture for you especially.
