  該螺旋喂(wei)料機适用(yòng)于幹燥粉(fen)狀物料（如(ru)煤粉、水泥(ní)、谷物、砂石(shi)等）的均勻(yun)連續供料(liao)。

  該設備采(cai)用擺線針(zhen)輪減速機(ji)，加裝VF變頻(pín)器，調速範(fan)圍廣，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩、噪聲(sheng)低、結構緊(jin)湊、體積小(xiao)，可以方便(bian)📐地調節物(wu)料流量，滿(mǎn)足不🏃‍♀️同生(sheng)産工藝要(yao)求。

  The device is used to continually supply dry power material, such as coal power, cement, grain and sand etc.

使用說明(míng)：

Usage explanation:

l  安裝時螺(luo)旋機各機(ji)殼及兩端(duān)機架的縱(zong)向不直度(dù)和水平度(du)允差為長(zhǎng)度的1/1000。底座(zuo)在機殼裝(zhuāng)妥以後使(shi)之着🔅實，再(zài)擰緊地腳(jiao)螺釘。

l  進出(chū)料口現場(chang)安裝，法蘭(lán)間連接加(jia)密封墊片(piàn)，不得有間(jian)隙。

l  機體裝(zhuāng)妥後應檢(jiǎn)查各存油(yóu)處是否有(yǒu)足夠潤滑(huá)油。

l  運行應(ying)平穩可靠(kào)，軸承箱不(bú)得發生漏(lòu)油現象，軸(zhou)承❓溫升不(bu)得超過20℃。

l  運(yun)行時加料(liao)應均勻，否(fou)則易造成(cheng)輸送物料(liao)的積塞🌈，驅(qū)動裝置過(guò)載。被輸送(song)物料内不(bu)得混入堅(jiān)硬的大塊(kuai)物料，避免(mian)螺旋卡死(si)造‼️成機體(tǐ)損壞。

l  必需(xu)保證輸送(sòng)機無負荷(he)起動，在停(ting)車前應停(tíng)止加料💋，待(dài)機殼内輸(shū)送完物料(liao)後，方能停(tíng)止運轉。

l  使(shǐ)用中應經(jīng)常檢查各(ge)機件的工(gōng)作狀态，注(zhù)意各傳動(dong)件是否運(yùn)行良好，應(yīng)經常加潤(rùn)滑油。

l  The error of portrait linearity and horizontal of body and bracket is the 1/1000 of length when install screw engine. Install the support on the body steadily and then lock down the ground bolt.

l  Install the inlet and outlet on the spot. Add sealing shim between the two flanges and there is no clearance.

l  Check the oil store if there is enough lubricant after the installation is over.

l  The operation should be steady and reliable. There is no oil leakage in the bearing box and the raising temperature is not more than 20℃.

l  Feed the material equally, otherwise the material will be jammed and the driving device is over loaded. There is no big block hard material in the transported material to avoid blocking and damaging.

l  Make sure that the conveyer starts without load and stop feeding before stop the engine. Stop the conveyer after the material is transported completely.

l  Often check the working condition of all parts during the operating. Pay attention to the working of transmission parts and add lubricant to the transmission parts.
