  This valve is widely used at the  top and bottom of store house and carry port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  結(jie)構簡單(dan)、操作靈(ling)活、重量(liang)輕、無卡(ka)阻、切斷(duan)快，特别(bie)适用于(yu)各類無(wú)粘度的(de)固體、粉(fen)料及小(xiǎo)于Φ10mm的顆(kē)粒料，晶(jīng)粒料的(de)輸💚送及(ji)流量調(diào)節，安裝(zhuang)不受角(jiǎo)度限制(zhì)， 操作方(fang)便， 能随(suí)時調節(jie)開度。該(gai)閥門有(you)手輪和(hé)鍊輪操(cao)縱兩種(zhong)操作形(xíng)式，I型為(wéi)手輪，II為(wei)鍊🚶輪。單(dān)向和雙(shuang)向兩種(zhong)結構形(xíng)式，LZD為單(dan)向、LZS為雙(shuang)向。

  This valve is simple in structure, handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle and operated handily. The size of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. Ⅰ means manual wheel. Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction LZD is signal direction and LZS is double direction.

Working principle

  主(zhu)要由框(kuàng)架、閘闆(pǎn)、絲杆、螺(luo)母等零(ling)件構成(cheng)，用手轉(zhuǎn)動手輪(lun)使絲杆(gǎn)📐帶着絲(sī)杆螺母(mǔ)和閘闆(pan)沿水平(píng)方向往(wang)複運🏃‍♀️動(dong)，達到閘(zha)門的啟(qǐ)閉🤟目的(de)。

  It is mainly made up of frame, gate board, screw pole, nut etc. Rotate the handwheel by hand, then the screw pole drives the nut and gate board move in horizontal to and fro to open or close the valve.

使(shǐ)用說明(ming)：

Usage explanation:

l  本閥可(ke)水平安(ān)裝或垂(chui)直安裝(zhuāng)，安裝時(shí)兩法蘭(lan)連接中(zhōng)間必須(xu)加密封(fēng)墊片，然(ran)後鎖緊(jǐn)螺栓。

l  操(cāo)作時手(shou)輪順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)為閥關(guan)，反之為(wei)開，不得(dé)在手輪(lún)上再增(zeng)加輔助(zhù)杠杆。

l  若(ruò)長期存(cún)放應使(shi)設備處(chù)于關閉(bì)狀态，各(ge)傳動部(bù)位應加(jiā)‼️潤滑油(yóu)，不允許(xu)露天存(cún)放或堆(duī)置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You can not add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open air and piling up is not permitted.
