  This valve is widely used at the top and bottom of store house and carrying port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  體腔内設(she)灰鬥卸料，避免(miǎn)物料沖擊體腔(qiang)，延長了使用壽(shou)命，閘闆運動由(you)滑輪導向，減小(xiao)了運動阻力，操(cāo)作更加靈活、切(qiē)斷快速，特别适(shi)用于各類微帶(dài)粘度的固體、粉(fěn)料及小于Φ10mm的顆(kē)粒料，晶粒料的(de)輸送及流量調(diao)節，安裝不受角(jiao)度限制， 能随時(shí)調節🈲開度。該閥(fá)🐕門有手輪和✉️鍊(lian)輪兩種操作形(xíng)式，I型為㊙️手輪，II為(wei)鍊輪。單向和雙(shuāng)向⭐兩種結構形(xíng)式，HZD為單向，HZS為雙(shuāng)向。

  There is dust- ladle in body, which prevents body from impacting of material and prolongs the service life. The slide plate is guided by pulley, which reduces motive resistance. The valve is handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material of little viscosity, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle. The position of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. TypeⅠ means manual wheel. Type Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction HZD is signal direction and HZS is double direction.

Working principle

  主要由框架、閘(zhá)闆、絲杆、螺母等(děng)零件構成，人工(gōng)轉動手輪使帶(dài)動絲杆螺母和(hé)閘闆作水平方(fāng)向往複運動，達(da)到啟閉目的。閘(zhá)闆的運動像刀(dao)鍘一樣能切斷(duan)🙇‍♀️滞留在灰鬥上(shàng)的物料，達到密(mì)封狀态。

  It is made up of frame, slide plate, screw bolt, nut etc. rotate the hand wheel to realize the horizontal reciprocating motion of nut and slide plate and the open-close of gate. The movement of slide plate is like that of hay cutter, which can cut off the material lagging on the dust-ladle and make the valve in sealed state.

Usage explanation:

l  本閥可(kě)水平安裝或垂(chuí)直安裝，安裝時(shí)兩法蘭連接中(zhong)間必須加密封(fēng)墊片，然後鎖緊(jin)螺栓。

l  操作時手(shǒu)輪順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)為閥關，反之為(wéi)開，不得在手輪(lun)上再增加輔助(zhù)杠杆。

l  若長期存(cún)放應使設備處(chù)于關閉狀态，各(gè)傳動部位📱應加(jia)潤滑✉️油，不允許(xǔ)露天存放或堆(dui)置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You cannot add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shutdown if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open and piling up is not permitted.
